PRI5M is a unit from J-POP STARZ consisting of the five main characters: Erina Yamashita, Ayaka Muraki, Natsuki Sayashi, Yuuto Hagimiya and Makoto Aono.

Debut:
After the success of Erina's debut, Mr Watabe decided to make her in a unit as he believe that being a soloist wasn't enough for her. Mr Watabe organised an audition for the remaining four members. Ayaka, Natsuki and Yuuto were confused if they want to audition or not, but Makoto immediately auditioned for it. After a conversation with Mr Watabe, Ayaka decides to audition for it.

- The members have started in TV shows, films and music videos before debuting. Makoto, as a young boy played young versions of movie protagonists. Ayaka was in one episode of the TV show Kirakira Fashion Alert, being a kid model. Erina was a minor character for kid movies in the United Kingdom. Natsuki was in the music video for a indie girl group just one year before he debuted. Yuuto was in the movie Sunrise Kiss, a Japanese-American romance film as a minor character.
